Well first I should start out by saying my name is Cory Dacosta and I reside in Houston, Texas. I am into working out especially with free weights and some cardio. I have been working out on and off since I was in high school, that’s where I got the workout out bug. As I get older I feel that my love for working out including weight lifting had never truly died, and it seems like it never will. Working out is just a way of life for me, and I have came to grips with that. As long as I am alive I don’t believe I will ever lose the desire for a good workout. I have dedicated this website primarily to working out with a keen focus on exercises that help to trim and tone the overall body, boost energy and flatten the midsection; which so many of us struggle with. I have written several books on working out and dieting, and I have them sprinkled in various places across the internet, including Amazon. I also have some of my books about workout on my home page here.
My website is frequently updated with topics that relate to living a healthy lifestyle which all ties back to proper diet and exercise tips. With me you can never use the excuse of “I’m too busy or too old to exercise” because if you truly want to get in shape you will find a way to make it happen and this website will give you various exercises and tips to get started. This website is not just for beginners, even “gym rats” can pick up a few tips. If working out is what you are into you should be able to find something on this website of value here. If you can’t find something specifically you are looking for just leave a comment with your suggestion as to what you are interest in, and I will try to get whatever it is you are wanting on here; whether it is more flat stomach exercise, shoulder exercise, diet tips for lowering your body fat percentage, or a just a way to drop 15 lbs quickly for a special occasion. You have to remember your body is a vessel and what you put into it is often what you will get out of it; just like anything else in life.

These exercises are often called the super exercises, the tops dog exercises for changing you body and building real strength, stamina, energy, libedo and much more; guys especially, I am sure you can relate to these 2 exercise if you are into real weight lifting and strength training.
